Building on my last post about Marketing (Never STOP Marketing), the same line of thought applies to Recruiting. Even when we are not in need of additional team members, we should always be looking for our next star team member. Recruiting is defined as identifying, attracting, interviewing, selecting, hiring and onboarding team members, and we all know that identifying good candidates is HARD, but if your company is ATTRACTIVE to the kind of people you want to hire, it will get a whole lot easier.
So get bust making your company Attractive to potential new team members, and NEVER stop recruiting!
